A website built for an artist funded entirely through Patreon contributions, which managed an email subscription list connected to the Patreon API and monitored for new openings in highly-sought limited Patron subscription tiers 

An artist on Patreon whom I was acquainted with had a dilemma - one of the rewards he offered his patrons that made him successful - a colored sketch commission per patron each month - was also a significant drain on his time and resources. This led him to set a limit on the number of people who could be entitled to this reward, easily done through setting a limit on the respective Patreon reward tier. His popularity, however, led these limited tier slots to become so sought after that they often traded hands in private arrangements negotiated online within his established clique, reducing his ability to properly be accessible and visible to new fans.

To meet this issue, I designed this website to allow anyone to subscribe to a mailing list, which thanks to integration with Patreon's API and webhooks, would alert anyone on the list when there suddenly became an available slot in the Patreon tier that they were interested in. I collaborated with the artist on visual design as well as the basic feature set and behavior for subscription emails.

Sadly, this website never made it to full deployment, as discussion on hosting, deployment, and payment were interrupted by the 2020 COVID-19 pandemic. Nevertheless, the site remains in my portfolio, a complete product that might've even seen the light of production in another, better timeline.


Patreon Art Portal

Started life as a Python project, ported to C#. Simple GUI for saving and hot-swapping between different versions of the contents of a directory that changes often, intended for use in managing video game save files.

Made to solve a simple problem - many PC games are not good at providing tools to manage many save data files. Many don't even offer any control at all, keeping the file and its management hidden. As a gaming college student I had a simple desire, in the game Undertale, I enjoyed many of the shoot-em-up fights that happen at just a few portions of the game, depending on the route taken. I enjoyed replaying them and returning to previous ones at times, but you could only keep a handful of save files at a time. So I created this program to let me open up a small window, select a save file called "Before Undyne" or "Asgore Fight" and launch the game, immediately set at a saved checkpoint right at the labeled location. Then when finished restore back to the save file I had previously been using.

I take care of this sweet little noodle. Her name is Raven and she's a ball python. She's still a small baby snake but someday she'll grow up into large and long lady and take up quite a lot of space, even though I still won't be able to charge her for rent

Raven is a ball python. She's small, but may one day be quite large. She enjoys swallowing whole rats, adult mice that smell like rats, rocks placed under a heat lamp, and crawling between the hands and arms of me and my friends like they're soft warm tree branches.
